"Living in Lincoln, CA and frequently experiencing winds and gusts of 40 mph and upwards required a permanent installation by Pacific Shade Sails of Mather, CA after losing two (2) so called top-of-the –line Home Depot / Lowes’ umbrellas. In their place, Pacific Shade Sails provided us with their “VISTA”, an 18’ beautiful pool-side umbrella that has brought nothing but wonderful comments from family and friends, not to mention the much needed wide-spread shade.
From the first phone call to the final part of the install, every person involved from PSS were professional and courteous, very knowledgeable in their specifics and offered prompt and expert service.
Kind of a side note. When the umbrella was first opened up we noticed a tiny, tiny pin-head size hole at the very top where the canvass was secured to the frame..almost nothing more than a single ray of light coming through and I probably wouldn't have even noticed it if it weren’t for Erika and Jim pointing it out. Just one of those very few times when perhaps the mfg process ‘burped’ or whatever, but PSS were not only adamant about having the entire umbrella immediately replaced with another new one which it was, and all done so in a very expedient amount of time. Only created a 2 week delay though no fault of Pacific Shade Sails. I bring this to everyone’s attention because this is how very honorable and reputable companies operate and again Pacific Shade Sails should be given the highest marks when it comes to Customer Service and Warranties. A great deal of thanks to Erika and Patrick.
The team at PSS is top notch and I would recommend not looking any further for outdoor recreational or construction needs. Jim Corbett Construction was right on with their installation work...great job everyone ! !"

Shade Sails in Fairfield CA
"We purchased our home in Fairfield, CA a little over 2 years ago. We picked this house because it backs up to the Paradise Valley Golf Course with a beautiful view of the 4th green. The only problem is the backyard faces directly to the west. Fairfield is well known for its summer heat and constant winds. The sun makes the backyard virtually unusable all summer long from about 11am to sundown. We researched aluminum and wood covers for 2 years until we came across Pacific Shade Sails.
We were immediately very impressed with Erica's knowledge and creativity. She was able to design a set of shade sails that provided more shade than the other options without impacting our view all at a price ultimately less expensive then either an aluminum or wood cover would have cost.
Erika, Patrick & the whole crew were always very courteous, professional and mindful of our landscape / hardscape. I would highly recommend Erika and the crew of Pacific Shade Sales to my friends or anyone that asks."

Shade Sail in Sacramento CA
We considered several shade options for our newly landscaped East Sacramento yard. Our yard is small and a shade sail seemed like the best design option. We had seen several while visiting Bend, Oregon and loved them. We wanted it to be structurally sound and a lifetime solution. Pacific Shade Sails walked us through the entire process from design to installing the poles and anchors and finally the beautiful shade sail itself. We are simply thrilled.
